How Fear and Anxiety Cause Violence

The globe has obtained elegance without moral feeling.
Ours is a realm of atomic leaders and moral babies.
We know more about war than we do about serenity,
more about eliminating than we know about living.

~Omar Bradley~

Many individuals lately have become frightened by "senseless" assault all over the entire globe. Have you considered whether there is an association between the spate of destruction bombings in European countries and the huge shootings all over the entire globe, such as those in this country? Not too long ago I recommended a possible relationship between fear and assault. Let's look at this nearer.

If you have ever analyzed mindset or even learn about it gently, you are most likely acquainted with the journey or battle reaction to fear. Based on your conditions, when confronted with something afraid to you, you respond by fighting the way to obtain your fear (fight) or preventing it if it seems stronger than you are. This kind of fear and reaction to it adhere to a immediate and immediate risk of an strike such as by a crazy creature or a crazy person. You don't have time to think about it but respond almost instantly.

Related to fear is stress. The terrifying item might not be instantly existing, but we can fear about what can occur or not occur in the upcoming. We become nervous about our own well being or that of our family members, the possible actions of other individuals or the course of the community in which we stay.

If we cannot discover any way to reduce this stress, it develops and consequently results in a feeling of frustration or despondency. This can occur within us and turn into unidentified to others unless we discover someone whom we believe in with our issues or act on our stress. Based on my experience and studying, it seems obvious that we all have a splitting point where we experience compelled to act in manners not common of us. Perhaps some individuals search for assault as a way to be taken seriously for once. Some make destruction when they believe their lifestyle difficulties are more than they can keep.

The effect can create a lashing out toward other individuals or community in common if we see it as accountable for our situation. If we could view the technicalities of others' thoughts, much of the assault in the planet would not seem quite so mindless.

But what can we do about it? Perhaps the best starting point is to understand that our technological innovation has lead in awesome technology enabling us to get in touch with others all over the entire globe in a question of a few moments. Yet excess of immediate interaction has lead in splitting us rather than providing us nearer together.

In the process of becoming instantly linked we seem to have neglected what interaction is for. Its objective is to help us comprehend each other and learn to work together to discover good methods for us to are available together. Instead, we use our programs of interaction to try to convince others to think as we do. We use them for enjoyment and for marketing and of course to get as many digital "likes" as possible..

Although our technological innovation to a small level allows us comprehend each other, we need to do much more to appreciate each other in our search for significant lifestyles. Those who seem toward assault may not have had objectives much different from our own, but might have had their objectives mashed along the way. They no longer see any direction toward a satisfying lifestyle.
